Jaheim Mathis Obituary, Death Cause – On August 21, 2023, at the Hamot University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, June Jermaine Mathis Jr., most often known as “Little,” departed this life. His death occurred when he was thirty years old. His dwelling place was in the American city of Erie, Pennsylvania. Little was lavished with an abundance of affection by his grandparents, Linda Adams, his parents, June and Rebecca Mathis Sr., and his siblings, Janarah, Jakhi, Jaheim, Lavaneisia, Der’Raysha Huff, Ramaine Lyons, and King Mathis.

Those last moments with Little were filled with this affection. Rebecca Adams and June Mathis Sr. were Little’s parents when he was a little boy. A new little one entered this world on April 26, 1993. He earned both his high school diploma and his General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from East High School. He worked his way up the corporate ladder and eventually became financially independent. Two lovely children were born to Jeremaine J. Graham and Zlani A. Keys, and he did his best to take good care of them. Three people came into this world because of him.

None of Little’s grandparents were alive when he was born; they were his maternal grandfather, Oscar “Bubbles” Hurst, Leon Mathis Jr., and Melodee Mitchell. His parents had never before had a child other than him. Having Little named after the revered grandfather was a fitting tribute to him. Many of his relatives, including nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles, will hold his memory in high regard when he passes away. Worse yet, he has many friends who will truly miss him.

Second Baptist Church, 757 East 26th Street, Erie, Pennsylvania 16504, will host the gathering of loved ones on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. There will be an event, and guests are invited to attend. The gathering will be held as a memorial to the departed. At Lakeside Cemetery, a funeral was held for the departed.
