Ronaldo Gifts His Agent A Greek Island As A Wedding Gift

Cristiano Ronaldo’s long time friend and agent Jorge Mendes got married over the weekend in Portugal. As a wedding gift, his most famous and wealthy client got him an entire Greek island, valued anywhere between $4.5m to $75m

Jorge Mendes married his long time sweetheart Sandra Barbosa in Portugal on Sunday. In attendance were several high profile football personalities, such as Sir Alex Ferguson and Roman Abramovich.

Cristiano Ronaldo acted as the best man for the couple, who have been in a civil union since 2005 and have three kids.

And in a very typical Ronaldo move, the three time world footballer of the year got Mendes an entire Greek island. Reports are sketchy, but it’s said to be one of many popular island destinations in the locality.

Greece are said to be selling off some real estate as they battle this immense financial crisis.
